PicasaVidUp is an android application that allows you to upload videos to Picasa. I created it because I liked uploading pictures to Picasa from my Android phone but I was frustrated that I couldn't upload my videos as well. Tested on Motorola Droid and HTC Droid Incredible. If this works (or doesn't work) on your Android device please let me know in the comments. I am actively developing this.
